Skriver du å snu spikern på hodet betyr negativt...
Så enkelt er det bare...
Å klare å tenke positivet i hverdagen er ikke like enkelt bestandig. Vi kan heal oss selv med positive tanker.. Sier vi til oss selv at "dette klarer vi ikke" så vet vi alle at da når vi ikke langt, men snur vi det " dette skal jeg klare" så kommer en mye, mye lenger!
Tenk positive tanker, bruk positive ord, gjør positive handlinger og det positive gror.
Vakker bilde! Og det du skriver rører ved meg og er såå sant. Men innimellom så kan det være vanskelig å se det... Takk for påminnelsen! Trengte den akkurat nå:)
